Внес в быстрый адрес одно из локальной сети, и теперь не могу ему ортправить сообщение не по F9 не по обычному. Точнее у меня отправляется, а он не получает.

Привет

А если удалить его с быстрого адреса (поставить любой другой комп туда)? отправит ?
Но думаю дело не в этом, скорее всего настройки фаервола? А у него тоже флашдели стоит ?

Убираешь из быстрого адреса, сообщение проходит. Flashdeli у того адресата стоит точно такая же версия.
