Hello,

I have checked it twice. It seems to work well.
Do you have right to write to Registry to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER branch ?
What OS ?

The one other item in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER_Softvoile_Clipdiary folder is RUNS REG_DWORD 0x00000007 (7)

Hello, drkirish

Cipdiary operate with theHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run folder. It should write or delete following string:
clipdiary REG_SZ C:\Program Files\Clipdiary\ClipDiary.exe

The HKEY_CURRENT_USER_Softvoile_Clipdiary folder is used for storing statistics.

Oddly enough, this string isn't listed there. Think it should work if I edit the string into the Run folder?

Yes.

Maybe do you use some Antivirus software or something else protect Run Folder in system registry?

I have McAfee virus protection. I tried to create that string and it wouldn't let me. You think that was the McAfee?

It turns out that Lava Soft Ad-Watch SE was blocking it from writing to the registry. Thanks for your time and patience!
