Hey.

I know this may sound like the last problem posted in this forum but i wanted to start a new post about it.

We run Flashpaste in a terminal services environment for many people. I have just one user that’s been having a problem since we updated to 5.1. We execute the program with a batch file telling it to use the common.db but for this user, his local db loads as default every time. He has to go in and change it every morning..

Here is what I know: We run version 5.2 of Flashpaste on Windows 2008. Under the options/databases tab, we have nothing checked.

Any help in troubleshooting this problem would be great!

Can you show me your batch file?

I have not tried the special build as its only effecting one out of many users. Here iswhat our batch file looks like.

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flashpaste\"
start "" flashpaste.exe -c=\\server\flashpaste\common.db -usereg

I think you can install this build without misgivings, it's almost equivalent to latest official release, with the exclusion of this bugfix. I think it should work well

I think on next week, but probably this will only bug fix release.

Do you provide some sort of email notification when Flashpaste is updated I could sign up for?
