Hi.
When I open FlashPast "String Selection Dialog Box", I get the content of my local db instead of the Common db after a restart of my laptop.
And my local db is also shown as "Local database" as it should (collapsed).
If I open FlashPaste "Main Window", it shows the Common db as it should.
After I have done this, the "String Selection Dialog Box" shows the Common db and the Local db as it should.

This behavior came after I changed AntiVirus from F-Secure to Norton, both x64.
The path to the Common db is using UNC-path because I got "Cannot open" if I used the drive-letter for the network drive. I don't get any error now.
I have excluded the common db in Norton.

Any idea what's wrong?
... and how to fix it?

I'm using FlashPaste 5.2
Flashpast starts automatically when Windows starts.
The "Use cache" is checked.
I'm using Win7 x64

Hello

Please forgive the delay in getting back to you.

Very strange situation, can you try to disable database caching, does this help? If not, please write me at mail2 @ softvoile.com I will try to investigate this more detailed.

Hi.
Yes, Flashpaste works as it should when I disabled the db caching.

Just for curiosity, I enabled the db caching, quit Flaspaste and started it again (without rebooting).
Then the error came back.
When I turned disabled it again, it works as it should again.

Thank you for an excellent piece of software!

Hello

Do you says about string selection dialog box or about configuration window? in configuration window you can see only one database at time. Use file -> ... database to swithc between them.
If problem in string selection dialog box try the following:
1. set path to common database in options.
2. disable database cashing
3. if this won't help send me please, your common and local databases, and config file. I try to investigate this.
