Hi,

I'm a current user of Clipdiary 3.4. I just received an invitation from Softvoile to upload and install version 3.5. I downloaded it, installed it, and when I ran it I received the message "Sorry, your subscription for free UPGRADES has expired." Since I'm happy with ver. 3.4 and have no wish to spend more money for more features, I decided to revert to ver. 3.4. I ran the ver 3.4 installation which was successful. When I ran Clipdiary (now back to ver. 3.4), I got the same message. So I found my registration email, copied the registration key into the dialog box, clicked on Register Key, and again got the same error message. Finally I uninstalled ver. 3.4, reinstalled it, re-entered my key, and again got the same message.

How do I install ver. 3.4 and register with my existing license key without spending more money?

Regards,
Mike Albert

If you buy Clipdiary, you get a lifetime license and 12 months of free
updates to new version. When the 12-month period is over, your key
won't fit new Clipdiary versions, but you still can use the older
versions. Now you may either pay a small fee to renew your annual
subscription to updates, or download and use the previous version of
Clipdiary.

Renew subscription : http://clipdiary.com/upgrade/?s=email
Download older versions : http://clipdiary.com/upgrade/download.php?s=email
