I got Clipdiary through Trialpay, downloaded and registered it as I was instructed in emails. Now, even though it shows that it is registered to me it does not show any data being collected. When I hit ctrl "D" the box is always empty. What is the problem?

First for all check the File -> Monitor Clipboard checkbox it should
be checked.
Second be sure that filter in the bottom of the window is Empty. If
button Empty is enabled press it.
Now try to copy some text into clipboard from any program Clipdiary
should catch and save new clip.
