Softvoile support forum

Hi,
on feb 10th, I bougt a license for Flaspaste online, and payed for it with Paypal.
I got a payment confirmation instantly from Avangate, authorised seller of Softvoile products, telling me I would get my licence information soon by e-mail.
Until now (feb 14th), I didn't receive any message with my license code.
I sent 2 e-mails, one to customer@avangate.com, one via the feedback form on softvoile.com, but did not get an answer until now
The 30 days evaluation period is running to an end, and each start of Flaspaste gives me this nagging screen telling me I should register.
Can anybody help me with this?

I have resend your license key.

Hi buddy, check your spam folder too. Sometimes, mails are redirected there. I don't really know why this happens but maybe some security settings set on the mail provider side.
