This is for the network database part.
There is a part that says Enable database edits for administrator only.
Where can I set this value.

Hello

I recommended you put common database at shared folder open only for reading from network and additionally set checkbox "Open as Read-Only" in program options (Options -> Databases tab) for all users. So, users can't change database. Administrator can edit Flashpaste strings run Flashpaste at the server so it will have database at network drive, not via network.
