Working with Common and Local Database

Hi,

Suppose I work with a common database and a local database.
In the Common database, I have a string "With kind regards,".
In the local database, I have a string "Name".
How do I insert the string "Name" from my local database into the common database, so that I come up with the result "With kind regards, Patrick"?

You can use Local Texts feature for this task.

Am I restricted to the 3 local strings?
Or can I use something as %Name% and %Department%

Yes, only 3 strings are available now, but I am going to improve this in next versions.
