I use several "common" databases. Frequently, putting the records in order, it would be very desirable to move some records from one database to another or even to merge two databases.
Is there a way to perform these tasks excluding manual clipboard transfer which is tremendously time consuming?

Unfortunately, Flashpaste does not have built-in support for this task. There is such item in my todo list, but there is no real user's interest in it.
Theoretically, it can be done using some third-party sqlite managers or by writing a specal script or program. But if you do not really have lots of items, probably manual transfering is best way.
