As seen in a previous post of mine, I am working on a form that has questions like "Workarounds used?" (I have a list to choose yes or no). The next box is "Level 2 remarks", where I would like to have a dialog box pop up where I would then enter text freehand and have it insert that text into the form.

Is this possible? Right now, I just have the form printing "Level 2 remarks", and then I go back in and type this information after the form has been pasted.
